Community Engagement

We believe our company has a responsibility to give back to the community. As FEMA National Coalition members, MSA participates annually in National Preparedness Month, a robust education campaign promoting readiness in local communities. MSA volunteers each year, helping to educate local business owners, pet owners, and school children about the importance of emergency preparedness. We support a variety of other causes and events, including the following.
  • Luke's Wings Fashion Takes Flight
Benefiting the wounded warriors of Walter Reed.
  • The T.A.P.S Gala
    Benefiting fallen service members families.
  • 11th Annual AFCEA Heroines in Technology Gala
    Benefiting the March of Dimes.
  • The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
  • Blondes vs. Brunettes
Benefiting the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

Our President and CEO, Lilly Harris, recently went on a volunteer trip to Kibera, the largest slum in Africa, with a group of Washington IT professionals to teach and help build a school. Back at home, Lilly mentors the next generation of entrepreneurs by serving as a Junior Achievement teacher and representing MSA on the National Capital Region Board of Junior Achievement.
