BOSTON – MSA’s Lilly Harris graduated with a certificate from the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School on February 15, 2013.
Established more than 40 years ago, OPM is a rigorous, 9-week Executive Education program held over a 3-year period, for executives with at least 10 years of management experience who hold a major equity stake in their company.
Participants represent a diverse range of organizations from around the world and hold dual roles as owner and CEO or COO of firms with annual sales ranging from five million to several hundred million dollars.
A native of El Paso Texas, Ms. Harris is a fourth generation entrepreneur and the second generation business owner of Man-Machine Systems Assessment. By carrying on her family’s legacy, Ms. Harris is able to pursue her dream of creating a centric company committed to giving back to the community.

Taught by Harvard Business School’s faculty, the program consists of 240 hours in-class; 75 hours in small group discussion; and over 500 hours of assigned case preparation and preparation for in-class exercises in Strategy, Marketing, Leading People & Organizations, Accounting and Control, Finance, Negotiation, Global Markets, and Innovation focused on the frameworks, technology, and strategic tools essential for success in today’s challenging and global business environment.
