MSA awarded WMCOG Technical Support Services Contract

Washington, DC  – Man-Machine Systems Assessment (MSA) Inc., a leading small business provider of scientific and technical services for Federal, state, local, and higher education institutions, announced that that is has been awarded a emergency management technical support services contract from the Washington Metropolitan Council of Governments (MWCOG). 

The purpose of this contract is to design and develop an incident command system (ICS) Practicum course to train incident managementpersonnel within the National Capital Region (NCR) how to conduct ICS-compliant operations for incidents and events involving multiple agencies and/or multiple jurisdictional commands and resources.
