Hurricane Irene is a large, powerful Category 3 hurricane with the Northern Eastern U.S. in its sights. The National Hurricane Center has stated that Irene is expected to become a larger than average hurricane, that will bring storm-force and hurricane-force winds. You should expect power outages, downed trees, and water surges around coastal shorelines.
We strongly encourage all MSA employees, vendors and clients located near the hurricanes path to take all necessary precautions as you prepare for this weekend’s activities.
