Army Evaluation Center - IDIQ - MSA is a Prime contractor providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT) evaluations to the Army Evaluation Center through all stages of the Army acquisition process for both Programs of Record (PoR) and Rapid Acquisition Initiatives (RAI). Our experience is extensive and includes Soldier Systems, Chemical/Biological Defense, Combat Support Systems, Counter-IED, Night Vision Systems, Battle Space Environments, Sensors & Electronics, and Personal & Mounted Weapon Systems.

OPTARSS II - MSA is a Subcontractor to Orion Technologies. OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract. The contract will be structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of operations customers throughout the Army and Department of Defense (DoD).

SeaPort-E - MSA is a Subcontractor to Cousins & Associates and is capable of providing technical services in 22 areas, as well as support all zones within the scope of the Seaport assessment. Seaport Enhanced or SeaPort-e is the Navy's contract vehicle used to procure engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services.
