MSA is a prime contractor providing Operational Test and Evaluation services. The AEC Omnibus is a multi-award IDIQ valued at $400 Million dollars. The overall scope of the Omnibus contract is to provide support of evaluation and analysis, planning and review of T&E documentation, data reduction and analysis support, and to prepare input to system assessment and system evaluation documents.
Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Development (AEWD) IDIQ
MSA is a subcontractor to Battelle. AEWD is 5-year, $800 Million Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide basic and applied research, advanced technology development, demonstration and validation, and operational systems development services for the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Development (AEWD) program. The AEWD IDIQ supports the Department of Defense and other Government agencies in the delivery of research and development services to provide technology-based solutions against adaptable threats.

MSA is a subcontractor to Price Water Cooper providing Continuity of Operations and risk assessment to the Food and Drug Administration. This is a multiple year, multiple awardee BPA valued at $99 Million dollars.
Homeland Defense Technical Area Tasks (HDTAT)
MSA is a subcontractor to Leidos. Homeland Defense Technical Areas Task (HDTAT) contract is one of ten (10) prime awards in a government-wide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity vehicle for all government R&D and science and technology (S&T) efforts scoped in the technical domains of Homeland Defense & Security, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives, Biometrics, Medical, Cultural Studies and Alternative Energy. The HDTAT contract will provide an advanced level of research and analysis to the DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Acquisition communities. The aggregate ceiling value over a five (5) year period of performance beginning in 2014 is $900M.

MSA is a subcontractor to Olsen group on the HGAC blanket contract vehicle. The Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) is a regional council of governments operating under the laws of the State of Texas and governed by a board comprised of 35 elected officials from the 13 county region. This will allow for MSA to provide professional planning, consulting services and interim recovery services in the areas of Homeland Security, Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery and All Hazards Planning for the Houston area.
