Candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination efforts to support Federal, state, and local partners in developing, designing, coordinating and delivering a wide range of training, technical assistance, exercise and evaluation activities. Support the planning and preparation of exercise documentation to include strategies, scenarios, briefings, exercise plans, role players/controller/evaluator handbooks, master scenario events lists, after-action reports and corrective action plan.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with DHS HSEEP compliant training and exercise design, control, coordination, and implementation
- 2+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience
- Real world experience in emergency management (Fire, Law Enforcement, EMS, etc)
- Excellent writing and technical editing skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
- BA or BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP) certified
- EMI Professional Development Series
- ICS and NIMS certifications
- FEMA experience
- Active Clearance
