Anniversaries are a time for gratitude, reflection and transition. We have a lot to be thankful for, from the talent and effort of our team to the clients who keep us working. Together, we’ve met the goal we set for ourselves, expanding our business and building our reputation within the federal government. In the past twenty four years, we’ve worked with 20+ different government agencies, 3 universities and a major airline.
Of course, there’s no way to reflect on our time here without thinking of the many challenges we’ve faced, as a nation and as a company since 1990. When the economy falters, public institutions face extraordinary challenges and must make difficult choices. Alongside our clients, we’ve suffered through sequestrations, budget cuts, and government shutdowns, all of which lead to a loss of revenue that threatened our ability to grow and thrive, to serve our clients, and to serve our partners within the MSA family.
As we transition into a new year in 2014 and approach our twenty-fifth year in business in 2015, we’ve restructured, strengthening our foundation and building toward an even brighter future with a revitalized executive team and a new board of advisors.
We’ve got one more change up our sleeves for 2014. On March 1st, we’ll move to a new office! We’re moving company headquarters from Washington D.C. to Arlington, VA. The new office is open and modern with an emphasis on collaboration and creativity.
We are very proud of our new home, but this move is about more than fresh paint and a new layout. Relocating to Arlington allows us to reduce operating costs, reinvest in the company, and pass the savings along to our clients.
Thank you all for being part of our journey and we look forward to a prosperous 24th year in business.
