Arlington, VA - MSA’s CEO, Lilly Harris joins, as a founding member, the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia Business Women’s Giving Circle. The vision for the group is to bring together accomplished business women who want to be in the same room with other like-minded women, connect with each other personally and professionally, and give back to programs promoting opportunities for women in Northern Virginia.

Mission: Empowering girls and women of all ages and preparing them for success by supporting organizations that create connections, opportunities, and confidence.
Objective: To establish opportunities for members to personally and professionally connect with passionate, caring women; to develop a foundation of knowledge for the needs of girls and women in our community; and to identify a focus area for annual grant making.
This year’s giving cycle will support programs serving girls or women focusing on one of the following areas: STEM, entrepreneurship and/or leadership.
Man-Machine Systems Assessment (MSA) is an economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) with over 24 years of experience. MSA provides complex, integrated professional services to federal and commercial clients as well as consultation support in three core areas: defense system test & evaluation, emergency management and program management office (PMO) support. MSA projects share many common objectives: alignment with customers needs, developing cost effective and value-added solutions. All this while providing excellence in customer service.
