Program Management Office Support -  MSA provides a single point-of-responsibility, the Program Manager, with the charter of delivering the final product(s). The Project Manager is a subject matter expert and capable of guiding a team of professionals and ensuring consistent measurement of project progress.

IT Management and Support - MSA ensures that reliable information technology hardware and technical services are provided for improving the productivity, utilization, communication, and technology infrastructure. MSA ensures continued compatibility of software applications when building capacity and provides ongoing training to facilitate utilization of IT capabilities. Usability, accessibility, and any modifications are coordinated closely with the your programs needs. 

Administrative Support -  MSA ensures that effective, reliable administrative and operational systems are in place and designed to provide all standard and essential office functions needed for support your needs.

Communications Management and Publications Support - MSA supports the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Communications Management Plan. We identify all standard protocols for internal and external communication with intra and interagency partners, and government partners. Our plans identify all electronic and hardcopy communications instruments, public and media relations linkages to best support your activities and initiatives.
