We understand our clients provide a multitude of services to the American people.  To that end, organizations should not wait for a crisis to determine what services must be continued during an emergency.  The Homeland Security & Emergency Management Program exceeds federal continuity requirements by conducting risk and impact assessments using an industry proven and client customized approach.  This approach consists of three steps: 

The intelligence gathered through each step is crucial in identifying critical resources, including personnel, vital records, communications and IT systems.  This information will also serve to identify Primary Mission Essential Functions (PMEFs), Mission Essential Functions (MEFs), and other critical support functions leading to the development of your organizations emergency management plans.
