The intelligence gathered through each step is crucial in identifying critical resources, including personnel, vital records, communications and IT systems. This information will also serve to identify Primary Mission Essential Functions (PMEFs), Mission Essential Functions (MEFs), and other critical support functions leading to the development of your organizations emergency management plans.
