SEAPORT-e OVERVIEW 

In accordance with the requirements of clause H.11 of our Seaport-e Prime contract, the following information is provided regarding MSA and our teammates. The Navy has awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract to Man-Machine Systems Assessment dba MSA that will provide service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research and the Marine Corps. 
 
Seaport-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) use this vehicle to contract for their service requirements.
 
Program Ceiling: $38 Billion (including award term options)

Available Order Types: CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, FPIF

  • Identify and deliver the tasks, activities, and deliverables expected by the customer
  • Use methods, tools, and templates that promote the use of leading industry practices
  • Accelerate work progress and minimize the need for re-work
  • Achieve desired results with the most efficient use of time and resources
The specific processes we follow are tailored to meet the needs of each task order, and are specified as part of our execution plan for each task order.
