Man Machine Systems Assessment was founded in 1990 to provide reliable, objective support to national defense programs. Cal and Martha Harris established the company on integrity, performance, and mission aligned service.
MSA has remained a family owned firm since inception. Lilly Harris has led the company for more than 20 years, serving as President and later CEO. Her long tenure provides continuity, financial stability, and a clear direction for the company. She leads with high standards, accountability, and sustained support to the Army and defense community.
